Why the name “YiYi’s Boutique”?

Our name “YiYi” is composed of the dual Mandarin (hanji) character “Yi” which means “heart” and “Taiwan.” This name goes to the heart of our mission: to promote Taiwanese culture by introducing its heart-warming arts and crafts to you.(Back to Top)

How do I place an order?

When you see a gift item you like, click on the “Add to Cart” icon next to the item and you will be guided to the PayPal system, where you can make a purchase and select a payment method. What is the shipping and handling cost?

Our gift items are sent out as Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. We currently offer free shipping and handling.

When will I receive the gift item(s)?

All gift items will be shipped out within 3 business days once the payment is received. Shipments are made through the United States Postal Service, which generally take 2 to 5 business days. (Back to Top)

What payment options are available?

Payments are made through the PayPal system. What is your return policy?

We offer our customers a 15-day return policy for items in their saleable conditions. Please request your return by sending us an email within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. Items can be mailed out once you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us. We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by proper packaging and insuring the return shipment.

You will receive a full refund, including purchase amount and tax (if any were charged). If a shipping fee was charged, we regret that we will not be able to refund it. We will not be able to reimburse return shipping fees nor refund for items that are damaged or lost in shipping. (Back to Top)

I do not live in the United States, can I order from YiYi’s Boutique?

There will be extra shipping charges for destinations outside the United States. Customers are also responsible for duties and taxes that may be assigned to the order.
